ABOUT
US

Stirling Netball Club was established in April 2015 as a Bounce Back to Netball session (BBN), inspired by Netball Scotland's legacy from the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Over the years we have now become a full pathway club!

Following the success of our senior section, we developed a junior section in 2016 to help meet demand for younger players. Our junior section has gone from strength to strength every year, now hosting sessions for P5/6, P7, U13, U15 & U17.

About Us

Beginning with a recreational BBN evening session, the club has gone from strength to strength with our players improving so much and developing such a passion for the sport. We developed a senior section, which has two competitive league teams (Sonics and Sapphires).

With netball growing across the region, we supported a new opportunity - Walking Netball! Since 2021, Stirling Netball Club now host two walking netball sessions a week - for those keen to play at a slower version of the regular game - but with a focus of improving fitness, meeting new people and having lots of fun!

The club has organised fundraisers and positive community links within the local area, even visiting schools and coaching netball within a women’s prison.

Everyone is welcome no matter your fitness level or skill level so whether you are bringing friends or bringing yourself come along and join in the fun! If you would like to come and meet us contact us to arrange your free taster session.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

ISLA

Everyone is so welcoming and I have met some lovely new people; we get fit with fabulous coaches; we are competitive but not to the point of losing the fun as we always have a laugh.

NOE

I love the team spirit, it's my highlight of the week to go to play netball. Keeps me fit and it's the best community sport for ladies our age.

RAQUEL

My daughter enjoys going to netball each week and has from the beginning. She likes playing as part of a team, improving her skills each week with the coaches, but also having fun. She has made new friends and grown in confidence.
